You need to figure how to take that pot roast and make you own soft shells.View attachment 87338
TacoBell 🛎. 5 soft tacos. Parents made pot roast and I’d never eat that so Taco Bell for me. It was Taco Bell, Arby’s or Bojangles or Hardee’s because they are within 10 minutes from us I said Taco Bell. I know I’ll probably take some heat for not liking pot roast it’s just not for me. I don’t care for how it tastes.

Yes I am. I do recommend a fluid change. Typically the ones I have seen go bad are ones that went for awhile or never had the fluid changed not all of them but most. Subaru is good about taking care of customers so if you don’t change it and do have an issue they probably will still help you in some way but I do recommend changing it. The fluid could look clean when it comes out but could be breaking down or anything like that. After the first change I’d check on it or change it every 30,000-40,000 miles. That’s typically what we recommend at the dealership I work at. The most touchy ones I’ve dealt with are the ones that went usually about 75,000 or more before the fluid was changed you change it and it starts acting up. You can do it yourself if you are comfortable doing it. Just keep the receipts for the fluids and everything like that that way you have proof. It won’t void the warranty.AutoMechanic: I would probably beat you half to death if you were my kid! Taco Bell over a homemade pot roast? You expected some heat, here it is Buddy!
Oh the serious side, as I recall, you are a Subaru Tech, correct? Would appreciate some advice, if you don't mind please. Sorry to invade the food thread with mechanical advice.
I have a 2018 Subaru Forester with the CVT and 62,000 easy miles. Would you recommend taking it to the dealer for a fluid change. It has the 100,000 mile warranty, but I still feel better with fluid swaps. Or is this just asking for problems? I hear they are touchy.
