Harris Teeter fresh andouille sausage, loaded baked potatoes, and salad, with Gruyère cheese, Caesar croutons, bacon bits, and Southwest Ranch dressing…

Remaining Gruyère cheese and sausage will be used to make quiche tomorrow…

Dinner. Salt 🧂 and Pepper 🌶 catfish and corn on the cob 🌽. Really disappointed the folks would not eat the Chinese food I was going to order. I’m slowly eating this cause it’s definitely not what I wanted tonight but this and the Chinese place were all that was open. I’d be doing ok if they would fry tilapia before this place switched owners they would now they won’t.
 
A center cut slice of country ham, 2 eggs over easy, homemade hash browns, biscuits, orange juice, and a cup or three of Folgers black silk. We have this breakfast once a year during the Christmas season and today is the day! 🙂
