What are you eating right now?

Stir-fried chicken, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and some chili. Also some fresh pineapple. Bromelain is anti-inflammatory and I don't want to come down with arthritis like many of my contemporaries and even younger people. Bromelain also helps with recovery from workouts. You can however not get enough of those enzymes by eating reasonable amounts of pineapple. I use bromelain and papain supplements.
