Frying chopped potato up in black iron pot with onions / garlic / peppers / parsley and crumbled bacon bits. Then will drop in a bunch of scrambled eggs and use this for breakfast for wife and I on her way out to school. Oh , naturally drowned in olive oil.... put it on everything.
 
Just took a big bowl of pumpking seeds. Coated in olive oil, various seasonings.... smoked paprika, garlic, salt & pepper, tumeric .... baked in over 15 to 20 minutes at 300 to 325 deg. Came out pretty good. Second batch since Thanksgiving. A learning process but simple. You just have to decide on your preference for seasonings.
