Teriyaki boneless wings and fries from some burger place in Lynchburg Virginia. Not a huge fan of burgers anymore so I don’t really eat them. We came over to Lynchburg to go to America’s oldest pawn shop which I will post my finds later in the tool section.
 
I just had some fresh pineapple, blueberries, and blackberries. I could do with some accelerated wound healing thanks to bromelain, phenolic acids, vitamins C and K and some anti-inflammatory compounds.
 
Brunch is a sausage omelette. In case you wonder how I got the cheese so evenly brown and crispy, I first put shredded Swiss and parmesan in the hot pan. Once that starts browning I cover the cheese with three egg whites. Once the egg whites begin to coagulate I cover the rest of the pan with three beaten yolks. Then I add the topping, in this case a chicken sausage. Next I put on the lid for a few minutes at reduced heat. After removing the lid, I roll up the omelette. Usually I'd use onion in my recipe but right now I can't deal with the fumes. I also had a small bowl of berries.

This was my dinner from K&W. Didn’t want it but was tired of hearing how we would have to drive an extra 20 minutes to get Chinese food that I wanted. Oh well guess we will get it tomorrow. Egg custard pie is really good though.
