We did a buffet at a little place (1st in a long time) … chicken, catfish, gizzards, cabbage, greens, salads, cornbread, and of course peach cobbler (sample of bread pudding did not count) …

I just had a very late dinner after a long day. Rockfish, rice with mountain vegetables, and asparagus. Breadcrumbs, butter, and herb crust on the top. Oven-baked. A healthier alternative to fish and chips.

Just had breakfast of scrambled eggs with Pico de Gallo, sourdough toast and dark roast coffee.

Sourdough toast is underrated. In the SF Bay Area we have Beckmann's Asiago Sourdough loaves. Lightly toasted with butter creates the tastiest toast of them all.

Last night I had naan bread for the first time. I brushed it with avocado oil and fried it for a couple minutes on each side then topped it with some shredded cheese and dipped it in virgin olive oil. Next time I might add some tuna or chicken.
