Anyone here like Cornish game hens? Are they good, and how do you make them?

I prefer a regular chicken. Cornish game hens are just a breed of chicken and not game birds. They aren't even Cornish. Just roast the Cornish chickens in the oven like you would a chicken. Adjust the roasting time to size of the birdie.

Haven't had them in a long time, FIL fixed them all the time. What I like about them is the dark meat isn't as dark as a full size chicken. Like vavavroom says just stick them in the oven and baste them with butter or some kind of oil like avocado oil.
