no, just water, vitamins, and just added creatine recently. I do eat some yogurt in the morning, OIKOS zero sugar, helps digestion, stay regular etc............that and pee pee and vinegarAre you on any other pre workout
I can see the nutritional value, but that sounds terrible. Doesn’t help that seafood was one of the things that frequently caused flare ups for me pre-surgery.Tuna and Cottage Cheese
