I chugged a shorty of black cherry juice mixed with elderberry juice. Sort of a colon in B flat tune up.
Well it’s Labor Day weekend so why not smoke some stuff! I had the following on by 4:30am today.
Brisket with the flat and point separated and 4 pork butts.
This should help stock the freezer back up.

Tofu, 2 eggs over easy and some cottage cheese with blueberries. Heading into town another way today for nice 3.6 mile walk round trip.
Mixed nuts, some hamburger with tomato, heart of romaine and a “hot egg” pickled.
Daughter failed on picturesDaughter brought dinner tonight. Stuffed chicken breast and it was good!
Pounded out a breast fairly thin. Then it had stuffing, broccoli and cheese inside. Rolled it up with some type of breading for a crust and baked in the oven. Yummy

First run with the chicken throne. Just used apple juice but will try broth and then beer next time. Turned out great as usual. Made mashed potatoes fresh from the garden as well.
Since the grill was on, I made some homemade burgers to take up some space. We got extra kids this weekend, so the more food, the better.
