My sweet neighbor brought more food. I was napping and did not get to talk with her.
Looks to be a mixture of egg salad and ham salad combined. Smells good!

Yep, cheap starchy food to fill you up as quickly as possible for the least amount of $$$.

Currently doing chicken wings on the Weber. They turned out fantastic last Sunday. I cover them in a dry rub of salt, white sugar, crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. The dry rub turns into a paste with the moisture from the wings. They were very good.

I pay for Chinese now. That’s the deal cause I’ve burned them out on it. Even if it’s fake I love it it’s so good I don’t see how anyone would want to eat anything else.
