Beef and wild rice and sauce.
Glass of this with some kimchi pickles. Tasty
Some Jamaican food. Steamed fish, and mixed beans and some cornbread. A red stripe lager and ice water
Used the Traeger before the big storm rolled in. Roast beef for the win! Basic sea salt, pepper and garlic powder rub. 240f until 145 internal. Just can't go wrong. Pictures are garbage as usual.
Lunch
County Pubic Heath is getting me Casey's pizza today after my shower was done. Gave meals on wheels again to my Son.
Also getting my groceries, dropping off laundry and getting my mail. Life is good! Changed my bedding and took out trash as well.
