Wally had some St. Louis style pork ribs, if it turns out I'll post some pics. I've never cooked them on a gas grill but think I have it figured out.

it is more of the same; however, Lidl has a pastry/bakery section, they do it daily, it is very hard to stay away
so in my playbook, I like Lidl better
