I know which side you're on!No, of course a lttle sugar won't kill you. I just find dates and figs so sweet and sticky that I don't feel the need for adding any sugar. I add the inulin for its health benefits rather than as a sweetener. It would take more than a little inulin to add significant sweetness. That's nice that you have a local bakery that makes those bars.

Those look a bit like Mexican wedding cookies. Boy do I have a story that is not suited for this forum or BITOG in general. It involves a rather costly piñata and several pistoleros. Not ever am I going to attend one of those weddings again.Cookies.
