Just enjoyed 2 hard boiled eggs with Melinda’s black truffle hot sauce, Almond milk with protein powder and ground chia seeds and heavy cream. 
Some salmon shredded, Hellmans light mayo and some shredded power slaw. Pepper to taste.

Waffle House having a bad day. Ordered a bacon burger, served asked me four times, and by the time he walked to grill it migrated Tina mushroom burger. Guy is likely behavioral struggling, no issue on my part. Expectation management.

I'm in the mid south. Only safe place to eat is independent BBQ places. At least at waffle House the stuff is cooked in view.

And a slice of kiku apple cheesecake. No cream cheese or ricotta etc was used. I used strained plain white yogurt, egg yolks, a little sugar, vanilla flavor, rum, lemon juice, and a little starch in milk. I mixed all that with beaten-stiff egg whites for a light texture. Kiku apples which I prefer for baking. The crust is shortbread with a high almond flour content.

I ordered a large supreme pizza from Casey's. They deliver Fri, Sat, Sun starting at 4:30 PM. Supposed to be here 5:15 or so.
So sick of meals on wheels. A large should have me covered for the weekend. Plus messaged my Son to come over to eat with me tonight.

One pizza should easily feed us both, with leftovers for me.
I'm an old man and not active. He is a scrawny guy and maybe weighs 125 LBS max.
My wife is skinny 115 or so. Ate whole pizzas in Italy. Pretty sure one reason I married her!
Tatiana the dancer, not ballet, let me have her kalitki recipe. Kalitki are savory little pies from a region near and across the Finnish and Russian borders. The crust is made from rye flour, a little wheat flour, yogurt, and eggs, and without any leavening agent. The filling is typically very buttery mashed potatoes with sour cream and egg. The coating is butter an sour cream. Tatiana's recipe adds ground beef and minced onion as atoping. Kalitki is plural and kalitka is singular. The filling options vary wildly.
For the uninitiated, this is reusable baking paper. As long as it doesn't get greasy it can be reused a few times before it gets ratty.
