What are you eating right now?

Taco night. Chuck roast tacos! My wife, I thank her.

Meals on wheels delivered. Cold ham and cheese sandwich, potato and pea salads. Not in the mood!

Had a ribeye steak unthawed and that sounded better. Coated heavy with steak seasoning and cooked on a hot George Foreman grill.
I just can't do the steps for getting outside to use a real grill anymore. Turned out pretty good. Had mac & cheese for a side dish. Peeled an orange for dessert. Much better than a cold sandwich today. I can eat that tomorrow.
 
Funeral Potatoes: We're having a potluck lunch in our little community and the main course, provided by management, is a big, juicy ham. I added these "Funeral Potatoes," which are also called "Ward Party Potatoes," "Christmas Potatoes," "Potato Casserole" and I'm sure many other names - but the most famous is Funeral Potatoes because it is often served at funerals and Church parties in Utah. It's a big cheesy potato casserole which is a good adjunct to a main course of meat or poultry. The pic was taken fresh out of the oven.

I thing death dish is appropriately named
 
I covered a beef roast with mustard and spread plenty of Cavender's all purpose
Greek Seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper on it then sliced onion on the top and smoked it for 7 hours. The mustard holds the seasoning on and when finished you can't even taste it. Delicious.
I am having two slices of that with 2 fried eggs and toast right now.
