Just ate a Chicken Chimichanga from the local Mexican place, comes with the typical beans and rice, I get it without the lettuce, because lettuce just makes a mess when it's floating in cheese sauce it also brings water into the equation and I don't like separated water sitting on my dairy, it's like how I dislike fruit on the bottom Greek Yoghurt cups, you take all the water out of the yoghurt just to throw it in a container with wet fruit and you get water separated from it, I don't know why that bothers me so much it just does, then I get it without guac because I don't really like avocado, to me it's like eating a wad of coconut oil with a gritty texture, but I do live in the midwest, I've probably never had a good avocado, then lastly I get no sour cream because, it's already a fried burrito swimming in cheese, if you're going to add more dairy why to put a worse version of dairy on it and not just more cheese sauce.
