Dates however can raise blood glucose in theory. Maybe my next test.

My blood glucose 2 hours after the above breakfast was 118.

I'm down to 170 pounds.
I never used milk in oatmeal or sugar from long ago. Yesterday my sugar tanked very badly and is still a bit low so they are not bothering me and my portion size is small.
Honey? People won't use sugar but a half a gallon of honey is assumed to be healthy...nope

Milk grosses me out for many decades and the sugar content is not far from a soda.

I'd be interested in seeing your test results. I understand that the fiber in fruit can have a positive effect on glucose numbers, but I've never experimented with dates.

I drink halfhalf in my coffee. We do carry almond milk but I don't drink glasses of the stuff

Honey is just nasty fructose with other crud in it.
