What are you eating right now?

It's ten pm in Hong Kong. Just off the plane, ended up being on the nonstop for 16 hours because to many carry on bags delayed the flight after boarding for two hours.

At the hotel, they offered this for free. I was all in for this free meal. I am not a sweaty person, but sitting in economy for 16 hours makes one ripe. Nice to not have to go chase down food, and this free gift meal looks awesome, exceeded every expectation.

Mine was Chicken Franchese, with roasted potatoes
In the background is Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe/sausage
And a broiled filet of sole, with rigatoni

That I could do! I'm no sushi fan, but my Granddaughter loves it, so we go there often. (20 mile drive, but she drives)

I can eat sushi and not go hungry, but from Iowa I prefer a good steak, burger or tenderloin. Have you ever had a tenderloin in Iowa?

Someone has a best tenderloin in the state every year. Probably the pork producers. I have eaten at 3 of them, all fairly local.
Best to hit them late summer or fall, when fresh garden tomato's are available!

Yes I have had the Iowa pork tenderloin sandwich, absolutely fantastic.
