It does. Not good. I'm not buying it again!!
Thanks for the info. Dave's "Killer" bread is being seen on more shelves around here, and I've been tempted to give it a try. I'll stick to locally-made bread...

Candidly, the packaging has been a turn-off for me, and that's what's prevented me from trying it.

Organic cane sugar is better than all the processed sugar out there, all the organic grain benefits out weight a pinch of sugar for me, 21 grains is still my favorite for toast., there's probably more sugar in all the food you eat during the day. ;)

Packaging is OK just need to read the details. The power seed stuff looks better.

There are some decent bakeries here, but I may just go back to baking my own so I know what exactly is in the bread

I believe it’s only better because the slice or serving size is small thin slice the first one you posted is 45g per serving this one is 28g per serving it’s identical bread.

with said I had to look up my bread Multi Grain you see me have every morning doing math yes they have added sugar on mine coming in at 2to3 grams per thick slice. It is so tough to get away from it I was curious about it and it’s not end of life it ain’t like you’re eating snicker bar

Yeah, same bread, second line. The power seed is slightly better.

What bread is yours?

I agree it could be worse and cutting and trying to in absolutely everything with added sugar will drive you crazy. With said no I don’t eat added sugar in anything or avoid it like the plague.
