Bone in thick pork chops, Greek style. Seared in a cast iron skillet on high for 2 1/2 minutes each side, then placed in an oven for 40 minutes at 275 degrees. Sauteed green beans, and packed Knor fettuccini alfredo. Super simple meal to make.

I've been eating most of a large cucumber at lunch these days with some meat of some sort. Thick sliced with salt and pepper on it. Fills the belly with something half good for me. Down almost 20lbs since last year at this time. Trying to get down about 10 more and see if I can catch up running with my 9 year old son. He ran a 22:00 5km race a few weeks ago, I was 23:40.
