Best pizza hands down I have ate and had it before. Local 4th generation run place called Laska’s Pizza. All coal fired, everything made from scratch including dough and the sauce and cheese. Couple friends came over last night so girlfriend and so and friends celebrated my birthday

I use to enjoy LJS years ago. Now, the fish is whatever flesh they can buy on the cheap, bleach, process, and cover in a batter.

I am not eating processed parts of unknown fish formed into a fake filet.....

raw plantains smell reminds me of turmeric root. some similarity to taste. curiously waiting for ripen and blacken.
i guess plantains are premiere in our country. (i loved the annona cherimoya, but not available for 2 years)
