What are you eating right now?

The wife made Chicken Korma for dinner. Yum. I'm sure my Indian colleagues would say it's too bland, but they could eat raw habaneros without breaking a sweat.

Korna is supposed to be mild. I don't care for super-spicy food. Tikka masala is my favorite type of curry. It's not really Indian, although concocted by an Indian chef for a Western palate in the UK.
 
Dave’s Killer Bread 100% whole wheat with omelette with banana peppers, salsa, habanero Jack cheese. Darn good

What brand of bread, looks pretty coarse. ;)
That's Trader Joe's European Whole Grain. It's either very popular or they don't stock it in larger quantities because sometimes they don't have it. I buy it when they have it and freeze it. It's great with cheese and tomatoes or radishes. Because it's coarse with large kernels and a lot of fiber it takes a long time to be metabolized. Good stuff.
