For lunch, I had a large bag of M&Ms, a quart of milk, a box of Mallomars, a 10 piece meal of Popeye's that I picked up on my way home from Burger King where I grabbed a couple of Whoppers and an order of large fries, extra ketchup. Was still hungry, so pulled a family-sized Hungry Man Salisbury Steak dinner from the freezer, and while that was heating up I made a bowl of ramen with some veggies.

For dinner, I'll have something light.

Now I want chinese, but the place I go to is closed on Monday's, they have this thing they call "Singapore Chicken" it's got the fried chicken pieces like General Tso's or Orange\Tangerine Chicken, but the sauce is not at all sweet and it's got mushrooms with it.

Over the past few years, we've purchased the lasagna a couple-three times. Pretty good deal ... saboroso!
