If work is to be done she ain't going to be around. It was a fiasco as every salesman was pounding on my door..seriously.. getting a no soliciting sign tomorrow.

I dragged two new couches in as well by myself...enough already...

Same here.
You might try Corsi-Rosenthal boxes . I built one, mostly for my wife--she is way more sensitive to smoke than I am--but the smoke was bad enough to even bother me.
I went to Wally World, bought box fans and 3M MERV 12 MPR 1500 filters (the purple ones, but the black ones would work, might even work better).

I was astonished at what a good job the thing did clearing up our indoor smoke, even on the low fan-speed setting. I mean both really surprised and really impressed. My wife was not at all impressed and refused to touch it because it is "ugly" and "noisy", which as we all know matters far more than how well it works. But after using it for a while she decided it could stay and I even caught her turning it on multiple times.
 
Checking on email. Worked late as I couldn't figure out what was wrong with a side project, only to have a project that I did work on not work (wrong part selected, plus another mistake). Will wind up vegging with the third Spiderman movie as we're going to go see the latest one on Friday as a family (against my wishes, I'd rather watch at home) and want to have it fresh in the mind.

Edit: did get chauffered to lunch today in a Winnebago. Coworker has one, thinks it has a turbo whine, and was taking it to the shop anyhow. Boss wound up comping lunch for us. Can't complain (the beer was good), the rest of the day went pretty well.
 
I had a busy day today, doing all 3 tours today so I was on my feet from about 8:30 until 5:15. I got 19,000 steps. My ex wife's mother is in England for a month so she said that I could stay in her condo in Niagara on the Lake whenever I wanted so I’m here for two nights. The cottage in NOTL is booked for the next two weeks so this works out well, it saves me from having to drive 160 miles round trip to Niagara Falls.

So far I don’t have any tours booked for tomorrow but if we get them at the last minute I’m much closer to get there 😃
 
Just got done putting sectionals together.
A brutal day throwing around heavy objects.

Amazon is 3 days late on my mattress. A bit of a joke as everything i ordered was late or a no show. They use USPS and UPS here and seldom Amazon's own trucks
 
The worst.. I have never had an Amazon complaint in MD. And I buy daily since they started.

Here its a complete joke. No mattress yet and since I'm leaving in few days I may cancel it because they deserve it. Dishes, pots, silverware, etc now 2 days late...

Apparently they really can't service this area.
