Waiting at the dentist for my 6 month cleaning, exam and I think I’m do for X-rays.

I’m still thinking about it but since I was able to pull myself out of the hole rather quickly I’m not in as big of a hurry to sell.

My neighbor years ago was getting a divorce and badmouthing his wife with the weed killer. He said it made it grow twice as bad... I've seen it myself... going back to the scorched earth stuff....
I do trim but I don't want to hit the fresh foundation paint.
I was just cutting back neighbor's uncontrolled brambles on about half of one fenceline. Stupid lazy slob. Canadian of course, USA investment property. I'm am the USA idiot, shorts, no gloves, ratcheting pruner. Itchy!

It’s a perfect day here in Niagara Falls! The smoke from the forest fires is gone and we have nice blue skies and it’s 72 degrees right now with a light breeze

Just called the credit union because the account still hasn’t showed up on the app. They are working on it. As a courtesy they also offered to let me keep the other account I had to open back up I told them that’s fine as long as I get the old one back. I have the worst luck it seems haha. Apparently it’s like a big process to reopen an account once it is closed.

My bank sold out and it's been two weeks and I can't get into my account... jerks
Going to a title agency at 4:15 for closing day, handing keys and garage door openers.. over.. The buyer is a married couple, optometrist and a wife with two young boys, one entering kindergarten.

I’m relaxing in the cool air conditioning now. I just mowed the grass. I was hungry so hard three ice cream sandwiches and now I’m having 4 sausage biscuits. Some of my favorite snacks lol. It’s not even that hot outside it’s just humid. I’m sleepy lol. Still no account showing up so I’ll give them till tomorrow then I’ll call and see what’s up.

If you don't get your act together Patman and I will get a new house in Ocala. He can bring is ex and gf and me my 3 realtor gals and the killer and Chimmie...
We can lay up in there and eat junk everyday and get a house cleaner once a year...Yeah we may only last 2 or 3 years eating that crap but it will be fun.
I'll get shag carpet in my room so I don't have to vacuum or even wipe.
