Love a good roll-call thread! Just sitting on the couch with a massive mug of coffee, completely procrastinating on the mountain of laundry I’m supposed to be folding. Currently watching my dog stare a hole through me because his walk is 10 minutes late. Enjoy the French toast!

Today gonna be a HOT one 81°F. Out of gas for the ZT. Need to get 8 gallons, this AM. Bring poochies. Mow. Roast a chicken, watch Spain v. Portugal, then take a mess of tranqs and watch the USA game IF my heart can handle it. Here in Seattle too. Glad to be 120+ miles away.

Even Canadians wouldn’t really consider 81 degrees to be hot.
It's a bit muggy by West Coast standards. Maybe 65% or so. Hahahahahaahaha we hit 90°F once in awhile

It's 87F and 80% humidity here. I just mowed the lawn with the push mower and was thinking how nice it is that the heatwave is over.
I also raked and overseeded the backyard weed garden since it's going to rain every day this week. That will save me some watering and a big quarterly bill.

We hit 97 one day last week and it was pretty tough giving my walking tours that day
Went on a E-Bike ride. Results below.
Got an answer from the Dr today, on the Vertigo. Said its BPPV, I most likely got it from me continually falling from the issues with my back. Showed me some maneuvers to do to hopefully get it worked out... I go in a few days to hopefully get a dental bridge (Maryland style) for my front teeth ....after they got knocked out from....you guess it me falling from my leg giving out. The thing just gives zero warning, one sec it feels like what it used to and then it just goes... usually in mid stride or a step it seems. Still waiting on insurance for a MRI at this point.

That Verigo is the worst. I never had it until this year... I got very lucky as I started taking a Krill oil supplement and I noticed it that week that it started then. I quit taking it and it never returned...
I mention it incase you take it...

I’m waiting in the hospital for my regular 6 month CT scan. This is the hospital I was born in! (Way back in December 1969, so a lot has changed since I was here)
