Sitting here in my non-air conditioned home office wearing wool socks, a long sleeve shirt and sipping a hot coffee beverage. Summers in Seattle are sublime but we pay for it the rest of the year with grey skies and drizzle-ly weather.Shots fired

There used to be a pizza place in Lynnwood, WA called #1 New York Pizza. I saw them kick someone out because they tried to order pineapple on their pizza. At the same place, my wife made the mistake of asking if there were any "specials." The lady behind the counter replied in the thickest, very irritated Brooklyn accent that, "Hun, they're uaall special."

I’ve heard American Chinese sucks compared to real. For me it’s convenience I guess and not liking change lol. Dominos and Little Caesar’s are my favorite pizza places. I tried Mellow Mushroom and it was awful. A few of the local places are good but bland because they don’t use oregano like Dominos does. Maybe that’s what sets Dominos apart for me. By the way I appreciate you thinking I’m a down to earth genuine guy. I try to be. I just like having people to talk to cause I don’t have a lot of friends or people to talk too really.You seem like one of the most down to earth genuine guys ever.

Almost any decent food proprieter doesn't have more than a few locations.
Expand your horizons, try something different. I know Roanoake isn't very big but even still, get out there and dip your feet in some uncharted waters

I have the thermostat set @ 72 this year, I said screw it, I'll just do an extra brake job or two. The feel like factor is 115F right now.

Accepted an offer $12K over the asking price. There is an inspection contingency however.
I have a 21 year old commercial rooftop Lennox on the side of my house, but I had the original installer come out and replace the capacitor about 5 or 6 years ago. 4 or 5 years ago, I helped to replace the condenser fan and it's been good since. I will be honest, I hardly used it, but this year has been different (I'm getting softer). I too have mechanical sympathy but I know that Copeland scroll compressors are the gold standard. I've been told that shorter run times and frequent on/off events are worse than long run times. My neighbour replaced his condenser unit several years ago (R22) and yet mine is quieter than his; mine uses R410A.

On my new house the AC is against the kitchen area so I don't have to hear it... makes it nice

Reading up on how to test a microwave. Ours isn't quite 7 years old and it's either intermittent or now dead. Should be fun... I think you're supposed to lick the high voltage cap to test for charge, right? or is that what you tell your younger brother to do? it's been a while.
