Next time that truck comes in for any wheel service, make sure someone else gets the job. The guy who owns the truck needs to tell the service manager that the lug nuts aren't right for the wheels.

HR is there to cover for liabilities, which includes shining a spotlight on anyone who complains. If HR punishes the manager, she'll retaliate somehow.
Lay low and explore your network and opportunities.
You should be looking for a new job every few years anyway, build your resume, certifications, and work up the pay ladder until you open your shop!

I had a busy day today, I had a 10:00 walking tour in Niagara Falls and then my second one wasn’t until 4:00 
But I filled that time by meeting up with a friend for lunch. We saw a blue C8 ZR1 Corvette too

We are going to eat Chinese food. Today was the best day at work I’ve had in a long time the two bosses that are dating weren’t there and the boss that was cranked up the AC instead of making us work in the heat.
Maybe mention the wheels with the wrong lug nuts to that boss, see what he says.

He tried to defend me yesterday and they would just keep disagreeing and swear that we were both wrong and that I just simply don’t know how to install wheels on a vehicle properly.
Like said, the best thing to make them realize the issue is have the owner of the truck tell them the lug nuts aren't right for those wheels and mention they have loosened on him too before you worked on it.

Just got back from picking up the travel trailer I bought on the spur of the moment last weekend.
I just changed the plastic air intake in my 2009 Honda Pilot . The original had a rip in the “ accordion” section. It had given lean codes in both banks, 0171 and 0174. The replacement was sold by Gates and of course Made in China. Here are some shots. All good now. No codes. A few tips: unscrew the air box top for more movement. Use a blade to slice the rubber collar where the line enters from the side. Put a bit of soapy water on the plastic to slide on.
