They are lug centric wheels with no adapter rings to go on the hub and factory lug nuts.

Next time that truck comes in for any wheel service, make sure someone else gets the job. The guy who owns the truck needs to tell the service manager that the lug nuts aren't right for the wheels.

I’m home now. Had a bad day today at work because of a manager accusing me of leaving a wheel loose. I’m glad she won’t be there tomorrow but I am thinking of going to HR. I’ll think on it tomorrow but not going to let it bother me anymore tonight. Just glad to be off and relaxing now.

Goign to HR only puts you on the radar.

HR is there to cover for liabilities, which includes shining a spotlight on anyone who complains. If HR punishes the manager, she'll retaliate somehow.

Lay low and explore your network and opportunities.

You should be looking for a new job every few years anyway, build your resume, certifications, and work up the pay ladder until you open your shop!
