Just got back not too long ago from the last ever Salem Red Sox game. They are rebranding next year but still will be affiliated with the Red Sox. Personally I hate change but whatever I guess. I got a bunch of New Era caps and a shirt and pint glass and shot glass all half off so maybe they will be worth a little something someday. Now I’m just washing clothes and my friend messaged me asking to buy some SpongeBob soap and deodorant so I’m taking him the one extra I have of each lol.

Maybe your girlfriend just doesn't like wine? You'd think after all that tasting she'd have found one she likes...
She’s found quite a lot that she likes, she has bought about 15-20 bottles of wine in the past 6 months since we’ve started going to the different wineries. Today we hit up 3 different ones because there is a wine festival going on here so there is a special pass that gets you a small glass of wine paired with a small sample of food, at 6 different wineries for $60. The pass is good for three different weekends this month.

There are over 120 wineries in the Niagara region and we’ve been to 26 of them so far. I have also been to a few more myself when I have taken customers on a winery tour through my tour company. So going to many different wineries with my girlfriend is actually great research for my business as I can tell customers more detail about the different wineries

I got an email from FIFA yesterday and just ignored it, once I found out the price of the tickets last month.
There are some games being played in Toronto but I’m sure they will be priced out of reach for me. I have never been to a soccer game (other than my girlfriend’s kid’s games) but it would have been cool to see a world class game. But not “hundreds of dollars” cool 🫣

Played 9 holes of golf (badly) with my son after lunch. Just finished replacing the battery on my daughter's Ford Edge. Went with the Everstart Maxx from Walmart. Used my gimbal ratchet for the first time to snug up the battery terminal bolts before giving them a final touch with the regular ratchet.

Got an immense amount of fencing done today. 8 foot posts knocked in to make a solid 5' height with 4 2x6 rough cut planks. This work included tearing out and leveling 80 feet of old wood fence and mounting some steel gates.

As a bonus, I got copious amounts of sun burn with the finale being my SI joint locking when I exited the skid steer.

There aren’t many days left until my girlfriend closes her pool for the season so we are getting ready to go for a swim. She turned up the temperature to 93 since it’s a cool night in the mid 60s (and will probably cool off quickly now that the sun has set)
