I’m not burned out I really enjoy it. Just joke about retirement because it would be nice lol. I do say I’m ready to retire after a long day or long week too. All fun.

.Started the last day of the team penning weekend. Up early to do my run, watered cattle (only 100 this go around), tossed a couple square bales to supplement what's left of the rounds and then enjoy some more coffee.

Vacuuming cherries
Did a 25 mile bike ride this morning, was rather nice—for once, it was headwind going out, tailwind coming back. Don’t get that often but it sure is nice when it occurs. Supposed to be kinda stormy tomorrow, so wanted to get the miles in today.
Think the wife wants to go swimming at friends, so might have to do that later.
I’d love to retire today… but since I started saving for retirement late, that means I’ll probably retire late too. I just need to figure out my next career, as I just don’t think I’ll last in my current field. Things to ponder about, need to start thinking about where to take my career I guess.

When my oldest daughter was in college and I was still fully supporting her, I felt like I had two wives. No bueno. I was glad my son in law came along when he did before she pushed me into bankruptcy.
In all fairness I didn’t know about day trading in drive throughs then so it could have played out differently.
