We are eating all you can eat spaghetti at a local chain called Famous Anthony’s. Not really a fan but it’s cheap and the garlic bread is delicious. I got a $3 raise at work today so I need to celebrate this weekend lol. My boss called me into the office and the big boss and both my bosses were in there and my heart sank lol. Then they just said I’m doing really well and have progressed a lot so here is $3 more.

Just got done fixing our CRV; the HVAC fan quit. Fan was fine, knob was fine, it was the blower "resistor". Which isn't, it's a transistor, guessing using PWM control. Of all things to go, the thermal fuse in that went. Would have been $50 at least and a day before I could get, but I had fixed someone's blowup Christmas decoration that I traced to a blown thermal fuse and happened to have about the same rating fuse. Put that in. Not bad, a freebie fix, will take that. Not my video--but this was of great help. Link.

Was thinking of putting the all seasons back onto my car, guess that will wait. Just as well, I am 99% sure that one of them has a slow leak and I should drop that off at the garage to have it plugged.

I've heard they get cheaper by the dozen, but I tell you, 2 was expensive enough. College for our youngest... my first house cost less.

But they do have their moments. Like when they do the dishes, and vacuum, and clean the rest of the house. I'm still waiting for that moment to come, but the dream lives on.
