Been crying to me for a year they lost shingles on their 8 year old roof.
She has a retired Air Force son of 32 years old... if that's the word.

I told her how to fix it etc.
Last night the same drama... they never fixed it and she can't see the damage. I asked her if she had binoculars...yes..
Well scope it out... I can't see anything... take a picture of the shingles on the ground.....

She does and then I ream her...
They aren't your shingles and they match your neighbors roof color...

Uh duh... on to the next fiasco...

Never go exclusive UNLESS for personal reasons you only want limited showings and less concerned about terms (selling price)
Competition for a product rules. I don't like your realtor unless there is missing information here that I am not aware of. It sounds like the realtor self interest is more important then his fiduciary responsibility to you.

That was kinda funny.

Advice?

Toss shingles in neighbor's yard and break off all contact.
 
I dropped off my Civic at the Honda dealership this afternoon after doing my two walking tours. Busy day with 17 guests. Generous tippers too! $100 Canadian and $20 US 🤩 The Honda dealer gave me the exact same loaner, the CRV hybrid. My phone paired right up with it, it’s nice that it remembered me so easily 🤣

Now I’m back home watching the Jays game (it started early because of the World Cup game also being played in downtown Toronto tonight) At the moment it’s tied 4-4 in the 8th inning

Turns out it was an Easter card with a March 30, 2026, postmark. No signs of damage or anything to indicate that it got stuck somewhere and someone finally found it and moved it along. I hope it enjoyed its travels.
