Got 4 or 5 inches so far? elected to run the ATV & plow. No go. At first the plow would not work; brought it in. Suspected GND not making it to the relay block. Pulled a relay, tested it, fine. After putting it back in the works started to work. Ok, probably just corrosion. Took it outside, pushed snow for 5 or so minutes, and lost one relay, followed by the other. I'm starting to think the wiring has decided it's too cold to work--one relay still clicks but no operation. Either something is shrinking and losing contact, or the wiring has elected to quit (same thing?). Pushed the snow by hand easily enough.
Trying out my progressive lenses again. Still do not like, however over the last few days I've found it kinda annoying how much I wind up removing my glasses so as to see up close, then not see far away, etc. I think I found one trick: I put the glasses on the end of my nose. That's helping, although still nothing is quite in focus, ever, not quite as good as it used to be.

Looks about like here just South of DC. A very fine sleet is falling now. Doesn't look like there will be enough freezing rain to take power lines down tonight. Sisters in NW Maryland near West Virginia haven't gotten much worse than here.

You're probably in for more in NE MD towards NJ since it's moving NE like all the storms that come from the South. It's funny, because when they come from NW, South of DC and VA get the big dump.
One out of two ain't bad I guess.

Was watching the Broncos Patriots game. Go Broncos but looks like they are toast lol. Getting ready to go clean off the cars and shovel the stairs. Dad wants to go out and work texted saying owner changed his mind and we are opening at 10am tomorrow despite the ice.

Since Utah didn't get any of this massive storm, I put ribs on the smoker before leaving for church this morning. I'm going to go out now, and check them for doneness.
Busy couple of days. Snow chaos at work, new grandbaby arrived, finally got to put my snow tires to the test as well as the new electric shovel the kids gave the old man for Christmas.
