Being from overseas my wife had never seen real monster trucks in all the decades she's lived in the US. She saw a commercial last night and asked about it. Guess I'm in for a throwback to the 1980s when I was into these things.
Went to few shows at Altoona Memrial Arena. I remember the SKOAL bandit truck Bigfoot and many others. Trying to get some energy back. Been cooped up indoors too long, Dec was too cold, but the last few days have been kinda nice. It was sunny and 38 today, so I took out an old bike that I have and got the first ride of the season in. 14 miles in an elapsed time of yes. Hopefully I can get a few more rides in before the weather really comes around this spring, so I can be “in shape” for that.
