At Walmart doing some shopping. I might sign up for Walmart Spark delivery driving too. My goal is to get credit rebuilt back up and maybe buy some land somewhere or something like that and build a house or get a trailer.

I’ve been in a double-wide mobile home (made in 1994) for about 8 years. We love it and it’s beautiful inside.

We’ll probably move on in a few years but it’s a great way to get started with ownership here, as entry-level houses tend to be $800,000 to a million Canadian $.

We had one come in that one of our used car technicians did and they sold it over the weekend and the oil filter came off and blew all the oil out. Luckily customer stopped in time before it did damage.

What filter was used ... sounds like it wasn't tight enough. It actually came off the engine? If so maybe the wrong filter was used and the threads were not engaged properly.

Since it made it as far as they did we suspect it was left loose and vibrated off. It was a Toyota YZZN1 filter used which is the one it calls for.

If I lose my job in IT I’m getting a job as an oil change tech at @AutoMechanic ‘s dealership. I couldn’t be worse that the ones they already have!!
