Fat, working on elevated BP with meds, trying to lose weight but not too successful. Also waiting for a cataract in one eye to "ripen" so I can get that yanked out and the lens replaced. I definitely don't want to be without insurance (or with subpar insurance). Did that once when I ran out my COBRA after being RIF-fed and not being eligible for insurance at my in-between job for a couple of months because I hadn't worked there long enough and I don't like it.

If I knew we were going to play this game, I'd have taken pictures of my toe last week. The "bruise" turned into a larger dark spot and the rest of the toe turned red overnight. I assumed spider bite but the ER staff didn't seem to think so. I still don't know what happened.
