The other day I went out during a heavy rain to look for drainage issues and found that the extra downspouts I added weren't working as well as I thought they were . I can see that the water empties out on an incline and is flowing back onto the sidewalk which is what I was trying to prevent . Time to re-grade .

My house sits one block above grade. But has been here since 1960 and out in the country at a tree line that drops the wind speed and any dirt it's carrying. The whole yard could use a 6" hair cut but that would be near impossible. If I could I would add two blocks more. Whatever to get the duct work a foot above yard ground.
Had my barrel out and drilled many hundreds of 3/8" holes in the sides bottom and top. Bottom and top had some but they were rather small. Need to go to the store and get some silt block fabric and wrap it. Even that won't stop the fine muck. That's more plant control for the run off.

Just out riding around. Will try to catch some baseball later there is only one night game on Sunday so hopefully it’s on in my area.
Pressure washed by gmas house and driveway.. well technically my oldest did the driveway. Before and after.. they had the house built back in the 60s and I bet this is the first washing.

I’m researching the leaks of the iPhone 15 Pro which will likely be released next Tuesday. I’ve got the money saved to buy it. I really hope the integration of USB-C isn’t true but unfortunately I think it is. But I will be happy for the charging cable matching the phone though that will be cool. I just hope the Pro models don’t get boring colors it would be sweet to have a dark green like the 11 Pro was. Currently have the iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue that my parents got me in 2021 two years is about our max for a phone and these are two years and three months so time for something else lol. Plus my charging port is loose and to have it fixed is almost half the cost of a new phone. I only buy Apple products and trying to get parents on the Apple train as well. They told me they were proud of me for taking initiative to save up for what I wanted. Normally as soon as I get money it’s gone but I realized that’s stupid so I needed to save money. Especially since these phones will be in short supply due to the screen supplier LG having issues with the screens and won’t have all of them ready by the release and preorder. So that’s why I want to get it at the preorder. And if I decide to trade this phone in then I will have extra to be able to order a screen protector and case right away too. If the phone is colored I only buy clear cases like the last two phones have had. I know I’m probably too much into the leaks of it but I’m excited I’ve never been able to treat myself to something this nice besides the vehicles I’ve purchased with my own money lol. I’ve decided to put the hats on hold temporarily because my paycheck is not going to disappear this time. So next paycheck I’ll get two more hats. Still have the Astros hat coming which I ordered last week. I wanted to get better with money so I have to keep that promise that I made. I will however keep buying the hats as I’m able too just none that I can’t afford meaning no extras if I can’t afford it.
Phones should be good for at least 4-5 years. Get the most protective case possible to provide the most protection. And put your money promise on steroids by reading The Total Money Makeover.

A month ago I made a bunch of triggers and parts for a defunct German gun. They stayed in my shop all that time because I didn't want to test them. I do this often until I get the urge
Today it only took me 3 minutes to install one and it works great. No alterations but this I do often. I need to just get it done .. Brain lock.
Now people can shoot their guns again as the factory quit making parts in 1982.

Watching the Arizona Diamondbacks @ Los Angeles Dodgers. Go Diamondbacks. 4-3 in the bottom of the fourth. Going to watch the whole game even though it’s late I typically don’t sleep that much anyway. Baseball is a good relaxer seems it’s always peaceful.

Yeah and kicking the Athletics tails as we speak. 6-0 in the 6th. Woo is a good pitcher in my opinion. Seen him on TV when he made his debut. I think they will sweep the Athletics. Glad they are doing well this year. The manager is good.
