What are you doing right now?

Finally got the Jeep back and the auto up function on the driver's side door wouldn't work. Texted the SM, told me to hold the button for 5 seconds up and down to re-calibrate. That worked. Must have been from the battery being unhooked I assume?

Those guys in the back do know some "stuff" that us gear-heads do not 😉

Been sitting on the couch since last week Friday. pinched nerve in my upper back, diagnosed by doc on Wednesday, sleep one night can’t sleep the next, feel decent during the day and hell every morning with light pain every other night keeping me from 😴. I’m so 🥱

I put one of my watches on the timegrapher. Seems quite alright. Where you see one line that's when the beat error is 0 ms. Where you instead see two parallel dotted lines the beat error is 0.1 ms. Under 0.8 ms is acceptable. Amplitude is good, indicating the mainspring is okay. The rate is very good. I checked the figures for all the positions in which the watch is worn. Over time you may notice changes that indicate a service is in order. This watch hasn't seen a service in 3 years. It can wait, although it could benefit from new seals.

On lunch break. Hasn’t been too busy yet. Sometimes after lunch it gets swamped other days it’s slow like it was this morning I’m hoping it’s slow lol. Only two of us here again as the other guy is at school so just me and new guy.

Researching boats because I’m getting a boat and trailer free from a friend of dad. He is moving away from the lake so he said he wants me to have the boat. The trailer needs tires and the boat needs a new floor and probably a tune up.

Cool test equipment. 👍

Disassembling the 454 in the 77 as it recently lost full throttle power and has a loud intermittent knock in the area of cyl # 1 and 2. Found intake valves on cyl 4 and 7 only opening valves .250 inch. Engine has always had a hot start problem. Might do an LS swap.
