Because I don’t like anything made in the last 10 years or so and I get attached to my cars. Just like I did my new truck when I seen it I had to have it for one it’s a new set of plates for my collection and older usually equals better as far as less expensive parts and fun and most importantly has a real key that you take to any store and have made. 🙂. Plus the word sell isn’t in my vocabulary but buy is. 🤣🤣🤣

I'm kind've the same way Blake. My thing is 1990's Japanese sports cars. It's unbelievable how sturdy they are built compared to what's current.

Oh yes I know. Anything old is pretty sturdy. My dad has some old pictures somewhere when a girl with an old Subaru station wagon pulled out in front of him and he hit them hard as can be going 55mph and it tore up and totaled her car didn’t put a scratch on his Ford LTD. Man I miss the times of real metal cars and real metal keys 🔑 LOL.

An old El Camino would be nice. Big block, manual, black, a set of rosso corsa red rims, and lowered a bit. No need to go crazy with the stereo, just a set of 8 inch subs, some tweeters on the dash, and mid range in the doors. Spray it with a pair of 200 shots. Mount the pair of bottles on the inner fenders so the exhaust headers help keep them warm.
 
Like the key of a Fit.

Real keys here can be copied anywhere except Walmart or Home Depot or Lowe’s with their lousy computerized machines that don’t recognize old Mazda keys. My van, Jeep and beetle also have all no chip key and my other truck too. Both Camry have the chip key.
 
Since I’m on spring break this week with my mechanic classes my boss told me to take the whole week off and enjoy it so I’ve been working on my truck trying to locate a starter for it.
 
So Sunday was +15c, Monday was -10, snow and 95km/h winds. Today is -10 with -20c windchills. Tomorrow will be back above freezing and all week will be warm. Love this place.....

Moved snow with the quad and snowblower for over an hour. Good enough to hopefully keep the bulk of the melt off my poor driveway.
