My first time doing the transmission fluid change by myself on my 2013 Kia Sportage FWD 2.0L T-GDI. its got 127.5K miles
Service History:
Kia Dealer flushed at 72k
Meineke drain/filled at 98.5k
(Currently 29k since last service)

I bought 5qt of Mobil 1 SP4 from the dealer yesterday as well as a few new crush washers for future changes. Do I need anything else besides a ratchet, screwdriver, and some car ramps? how do i know how much fluid to add back?

Loosen the fill plug before you drain the fluid. I measure what comes out in an old juice container and add the same back in. You'll need a strategy to get the new fluid in. I assemble a funnel and a house. Professionals probably use a fluid pump.

Technically, you should be able to fill thru level check eye, to check level you do need to get access to it. Fill plug is on top of transmission. I disconnect ATF cooler line above transmission to allow air to escape when filling fresh ATF, to prevent fluid from backing up and making fill a very slow process.
