This weekend I happened to stroll down the clearance isle with the family while returning my battery core. I noticed three 1 gallon jugs of conventional valvoline 15w40 diesel oil for 5 bucks each, so 1.25 a qt. Although I dont own a diesel I would be more than happy to use it in all my garage toys. Was it a deal or no deal?

Indeed! Deal!

Garage toys = Things like lawnmowers, pressure washer, edger, generators, trimmers, also a few air cooled dirtbikes and ATV's. I keep a stock of RK house brand conventional 10w30 for those but at the price point in which I bought this oil I feel good about putting it to good use. Im in Florida so extreme cold starting never happens. I dont believe I really own anything that needs fancy oil. My motocross bike I do run 5w40 Rotella T6 only.

It's a great deal..... and you are in FLORIDA!

Pour it into anything you own, especially during the summer!

(for the record, 15W-40 has been in every piece of farm equipment we owned in North Dakota, and YES - we start that stuff when its 40 below zero!!!)

I would had bought it and looked for more. I use 15/40 in my 2007 gasser pickup, zero turn powered by kaw, atv and my diesel tractor.
