The guy in that video must have missed the massive problems that VWG is having at the moment caused by rushed to market new vehicles like the Audi Etron, everything sharing the Q4’s platform and everything sharing the current A3 platform. Software not fit for use on all the models, poorly thought out motor design and for me the biggest problem is you cannot buy tooling through VAG with most of it being on back order. I’ve had tools on order for over 12 months! We as a dealership currently have about £100,000 worth of tooling on back order with no ETA! You cannot buy diagnostic hardware and VCI’s are so far back ordered I don’t expect them to turn up until 2024 to be honest.
