Does anyone have an idea who/where is it made at?

It has markings in Japanese, English and Spanish(?)

Don`t know where it`s made . I bought a 3 pack off Ebay for my 2013 Road Star , but they don`t have the hex nut on top of them .The price plus shipping was reasonable .

First I want to say I'm speculating some with the country of origin for this filter. That said, based on it's construction appearance, using a coil compression spring, element and baseplate appearance I'm going say it is likely made in S. Korea or China. K&N filters with the dome nut are now made in Korea by DAEWHA.

That's about as much as I can tell you based on it's general appearance having seen other similar filter types.
