We use ESET NOD32 virus protection on our computers. When I did a disc scan I had several dozen "error opening" alerts on misc. files such as

C:\Windows\System32\wbem\AutoRecover\376821A543E478D2CF812FC1.mof - error opening

C:\Windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-n..n_service_datastore_3bf3ad3e35_6.0.6001.1826_none_d11ef6c3a18d\dnary.xsd - error opening

Are these issues I need to address? The computer runs fine.

Go to Wilders Security Forums , choose the appropriate Eset forum and post your question there. There are real experts there including company reps who monitor and answer when necessary.

One of the best forums on the web.

Hope this helps,

Larry

You know, after re-reading my earlier reply, I'm a bit embarrassed. It may not be the dumbest reply I've ever seen, but it ranks right up there!

My intent was to help you get the correct answer without even thinking that there might well be Eset experts right here on Bitog.

Good intentions...... paved roads.... and all that!
