Corvette Z06 Burnout Goes Horribly Wrong
Yet another C7 Z06 driver trying to show off and failing miserably.

That's some stank even when there's no smoke. Can't even imagine the smell of that expensive flub.
If he drives as well as he burns out, I'd say it must've been nearly done.
Those Z06 guys are so smart, aren't they?
I would be pissed if I lived in a neighborhood and someone left burnout marks on the street.
I'm thinking he already put the clutch through 8/9 lives.
A good driver will roast the clutch feathering it from a standstill, keeping the engine in it's peak power band while minimizing wheel slippage.
Dumping the clutch can break all sorts of things. But doing what the guy does in the video below wears it out quick.

I cringe at the thought of what that Vette must have smelled like afterward.
Yeah, burnt clutch smell is bad. My dad toasted the clutch in his 77 Custom Chevy pickup backing our camper into an inclined parking spot. Never will forget that smell.
