We are putting a lot of carbon into the air... you'd think that has to do something. But will it be harmful, or will it dull the effect of the next minor ice age?
Thank you! Someone who approaches the weather changes with some sensibility. "Global warming" is real. Fact. In nature, there is something called natural global warming. What is controversial is whether or not we are experiencing accelerated global warming due to increased pollution due to human manufacturing.

You are absolutely correct "Global Warming" could have been effectively called "Global Cooling" as well, it isn't exactly about global temperature per se, instead it's more about what the change in temperature (increase and decrease) has on weather patterns. All I know is that most definitely summers are getting hotter and winters are getting colder.
