Valvoline restore and protect ford 3.7

Just using it wouldn't do that but e10 goes bad in a matter of months so if you have something that sits a lot it could cause all kinds of problems in the field system.
It's the reason why people using it in snowblowers or other seasonal equipment tend to have a lot of problems.
My small engines have 0 problems sitting all winter with E10, though I do add Seafoam to my gas.

My Rogue has had the same tank of fuel for 6 months and has no problems now either. I drove it last night and it fired right up and ran smoothly, no problem.

There is no fuel problem a good tank of E85 can't solve.....I have cleaned chainsaws, small engines, and car engines with E85. The chainsaws and small engines, I soaked the carb in E85 overnight, or a few days, depending how bad it was. My generator gets fired up 2 times per year. E10 fuel with Seafoam is in it.

I always find on the forums that I am the only person who has NO problems with ethanol fuel.

Me neither, at least for E10. We’ve lived in an EPA nonattainment area for decades and have had only an oxygenated fuel since the ‘90s - and most of that time it’s been E10. I have some old cars and some equally old OPE and haven’t had a problem yet. And I don’t always drain the fuel in the off season. I keep waiting for these catastrophic issues to crop up (in a matter of months, no less) but it hasn’t happened.

Mind you I’m not really a proponent of RFG for other reasons but I just don’t see these horrible issues people post about.

My problem was with the port injectors getting gummed up & making noise, through normal use at around 30K miles. Haven't had the problem since I started using Gummout/ChevronTechron before oil changes.
