My small engines have 0 problems sitting all winter with E10, though I do add Seafoam to my gas.Just using it wouldn't do that but e10 goes bad in a matter of months so if you have something that sits a lot it could cause all kinds of problems in the field system.
It's the reason why people using it in snowblowers or other seasonal equipment tend to have a lot of problems.
My Rogue has had the same tank of fuel for 6 months and has no problems now either. I drove it last night and it fired right up and ran smoothly, no problem.
There is no fuel problem a good tank of E85 can't solve.....I have cleaned chainsaws, small engines, and car engines with E85. The chainsaws and small engines, I soaked the carb in E85 overnight, or a few days, depending how bad it was. My generator gets fired up 2 times per year. E10 fuel with Seafoam is in it.
I always find on the forums that I am the only person who has NO problems with ethanol fuel.
