Which does everyone here prefer out of these two fuel injector cleaners: Valvoline Synpower Fuel injector cleaner, OR Techron injector cleaner? It's very hard for me to find the techron injector cleaner, although i can always find the fuel system cleaner. And there is a buy 1 get 1 sale for synpower!

I was justwondering which one- if they were both the same price was better between the 2.

I think the Valvoline Synpower product is very similar to the Techron.

Most of the time I just add a little Redline SI-1 [1 oz / 10 gal.] , or a little FP60 [ 1 oz/ 5 gal. ].

I like :

-BG-44K [ but I rarely use it...way over-priced ],

-Redline SI-1,

-FP60,

-Techron Concentrate,

-Valvoline Synpower Complete Fuel System Cleaner

And I'm about to try Gumout Large Vehicle Formula which is supposed to be the same as Gumout Regane.

I think you will like the results. My method for using it is

Add in 12 oz(same dosage as Regane), fill up tank.
Allow tank to run half way down, add in the rest of the bottle. And top off.
Never failed for me. I never got an adverse reaction with the levels being high, but then again I have a 92 vehicle without picky sensors. I have heard of folks dumping the whole 20oz bottle in at once, but I wouldnt do this with a newer vehicle, could make a sensor angry I am told.
