24k / 7 = 3k + tax if it was a hotel. Expensive but for 4800 sqft it is imaginable. I bet it is not for 1 couple with 2 kids, what can it be used for in FL? Sounds like something fun and you don't want to use your own house for.

I would stay longer but you only paid for one month. I am appreciative though.
A friend of mine has a great house in Mexico that he rents out.
It sleeps 12 people.
If 12 adults split the cost equally it's cheaper then a luxury hotel in the same location.
Plus it has 2 kitchens and a roof top pool.
It's in Puerto Vallarta.

Plus you get freedom and save a few $$ on food.
If you travel alone you meet some cool people in a hotel...pluses and minuses... I like the house renting best though.
Wow, that's pricey! I had no idea homes would rent for that much! Nice location though and very nice beaches.
What would the damage deposit be on such a place?

They don't do that on these places
The price includes tax and cleaning fees etc but I guess if you trash it you will get a bill...
